All you have to do is go to the vmx (or the settings file you guys all know that ), search for the line USB and remove lines like USB:1.deviceType = "hub" usb:1.present = "TRUE" and also remove lines like that in the files so that means you should have a vmx file with no USB configuration then save and start vm.....your mouse shoule work!!
