Voodoo XNU 1.0 + Chameleon v2 RC1

Here's a simple how-to get the Voodoo Kernel with Chameleon v2 RC1.

 

1. After you have installed voodookernel and Chameleon v2, reboot.

2. In the bootloader, press any key to enter startup options and type

mach_kernel.voodoo

and hit enter.

3. Once booted, browse to /Extra/

4. Edit the com.apple.Boot.plist and edit

mach_kernel

to

mach_kernel.voodoo

 

(In order for you to edit the com.apple.Boot.plist file, you must browse to / and CTRL+Click on the Extra folder and click get info. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Get Info" box and edit "Sharing and Permissions" so that you can read and write).

 

YOUR DONE!!

 

Reboot.
