HW advice for new hackintosh

Hey,

I need some hardware advice. I'm going to buy a new computer but I'm still unsure about some parts. Hopefully you can help me there.

Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 or GA-EP45-UD3R (do both work equally nice on osx?)

8 gigs ddr2 (board supports it, does osx too?)

Gainward HD4870 "Golden Sample" 1024mb

or

Gainward GF9600GT Golden Sample 1024mb

I'm really unsure about the GPU. I read the GF9600GT is supported since 10.5.6, but does the 1024mb version work well too?

Also the HD4870 would be my prefered choice, but it seems it doesn't work well with osx, any news about that?

Another thing: Will the fan run always at 100% or is it controlled by the OS?

Thanks

I have the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 and everything works great, even suspend - so i would recommend it.

about the gpu: i would choose the nvidia card. the ati cards are a little bit tricky to get them working.

regarding the fans: my cpu fan just spins off when i'm playing or converting videos - this is controlled by the mainboard. same for the graphics card(controlled by the card itself)
