Timvan007 Posted April 2, 2009 Share Posted April 2, 2009 I have been trying to find a OSx86 image for the HP DV5T-1000 series laptop. I get to different parts in booting the Darwin kernel and then it lingers on "still waiting on root device." If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. By the way, I have tried all of iPC, Kalyway, iDeneb, and leo4all. I have also tried the cpus=1 -v boot switch that sometimes allows Darwin to boot.
