Spin Munkey Posted April 2, 2009 Share Posted April 2, 2009 So I had win 7 installed, and after many osx installs and getting EVERYTHING working perfectly, decided to re-install windows 7 and fix that. Now I cant get into OS X. I cant bloody win lol can someone point me in the right direction? I have tried the EasyBCD, doesnt help. I have tried the boot.ini and chain0, nothing. when I use CMD to try make the OSX partition active, it says Virtual disk service error: The specified partition type is not valid for this operation. re-installing OSX is not an option EDIT: I tried the EasyBCD v2.0 beta and that seemed to do the trick this can be closed/deleted Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
