Need a little help

Apologies if this is a stupid question by anyway;

I have downloaded iDeneb (which is 4.5Gb) but it wont fit on my DVD+RW. The disc says on it that it will hold 4.7Gb but it on my computer it only says it will do 4.37Gb.

 

What i'm wondering is if there is there a way of shrinking iDenab a little so it will fit on? Or will i need a different disc?
