frank95com
Hi, I just upgraded my iDeneb from version 10.5.5 to 10.5.6 using the package created by the iDeneb team and everything works just fine, except for QuickTime and iTunes. When I open them every 2 or 3 seconds the system seems to hang for a fraction. It is veeery annoying because it stops working every time. I initially thought it was something realted to the video card but VLC works just fine. Any ideas? Appreciate your help. Bye. Shadow_2k
Apple added support for HDCP in 10.5.6 and activated the feature in the latest version of QuickTime. Unfortunately this feature causes stutter in conjunction with certain models of nvidia adapters (only on hackintoshs). Solution until fixed: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...p;#entry1074361 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/160100-upgraded-to-1056-interruptions-in-itunes-and-quick-time/#findComment-1126919 Share on other sites
