Hi, so im wanting to get my compaq mac [Compmaq ] to work with dvds...i tried DVD Player, but it says it cant find a device or something...i tried vlc, and it works, as in the sound works, but video doesnt...(i think my graphics card, the ATI Mobility Radeon 7500, doesnt support OpenGL 2.0 which is what VLC player uses i think...) and when i use the Xine dvd player, it will play the copyright parts (the FBI warnings, etc), but then it will stop and say that it "cant access dvd:///dev/rdisk1" so i checked my permissions and it was fine...so i checked the console and it said that it couldnt decrypt the dvd or something to that effect...so, i found out that vlc has built in css decryption but that Xine doesnt...and that you would need to install this file called libdvdcss (http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html) to decrypt the css protection and to use the dvd menus, you would need the dvdnav plugin (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=31346&package_id=23559)...so how do you install these plugins in Mac OS X (Leopard)?
