hyperblue Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 Hey Guys, Does anyone know if there is a custom kernel that is compatible with a retail mac or a hackintosh that allows more than 2500 processes? I am running an apache server and I am hitting a threshold here. I've tried the following with no success: sudo sysctl -w kern.maxproc=3000 The greatest I can do is: sudo sysctl -w kern.maxproc=2500 Thanks for any advice!
