I have installed iDeneb 1.4, on my PC

AMD Athlon x2 5000+ 2.4Ghz

2.5 GB 800 Ram

Ati 3650 256mb

MB biostar nf61s micro am2 se

but it wont boot normally only in safe mode, in which i dont have USB`s, sound and LAN.

while booting normally, i can hear some sounds, but the boot stops after few minutes, showing me that mouse circle/icon only...

then i restart manualy and type -x, and it boots in safe mode...

lan is nvidia nforce (realtek) 8201cl

sound is realtek ALC 861vd

help anyone?

Make sure your bios settings are correct for that realease. I was having the same issue using the Kalyway release on an intel D945GCLF2 atom mobo. For some reason I had disabled support for legacy devices. I did a factory defaults reset in the bios and rebooted, that fixed it for me.

Booting using -v it will load you up in Verbose Mode and display useful information about the boot process. Let us know on which line it hangs and we can go from there.

I would have also asked about Graphics Drivers but Giorgio_multi beat me to it. You generally should install with nothing selected as this will still give you 1024x768 basic graphics and a working OS... that is if there is no other issues.

If the line that it hangs on is rather long you can post a screen shot.

You may also want to put your full system specs in your signature so that it is displayed on each post.
