DislikeYou
Darwin bootloader in mbr , problem fixer If u are having panics and do -v and get errors... i installed 10.4.6 on my lappy an got error > panic cpu something, i used to start from dvd by pressing f8 and typing rd=disk0s2 -v because the darwin bootloader did not get installed, then i installed 10.4.5 to see if it will maybe work... i tryed to boot osx whith f8 and rd=disk0s2 again and got the same cpu panic... then i took out the dvd and restarted to boot windows... but hey... osx started... i realized i had darwin bootloader... it booted to osx and everything was working fine... then i just installed 10.4.6 again (erased disk0s2 first in disk utilty) and it worked... now i have no problems... IBM Thinkpad R40 - Everything works, sound is normal and i hear it on both channels... and not only left... I will have to see if i can fix it on my dekstop pc... i had this error on my desk pc and the darwin bootloader was not installed so maybe if i manage to install it, it will maybe be no problems... i hope: http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?sh...727&hl=RTL8139D Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/15965-darwin-bootloader-problem-fixer/ Share on other sites
