emomoney Posted March 28, 2009 Share Posted March 28, 2009 I was able to successfully install iDeneb 10.5.5 on my Dell Inspiron 531 Desktop, but I have no network or sound. Is there anyway to fix this post install or do I need to reinstall and choose different options? It's an Nvidia MCP61 chipset. For networking, you should be able to use the eno nForceLAN 0.62.13n.pkg.zip installer for your onboard LAN......see here.... What is your audio chipset? What is your audio chipset? Looks like the Realtek ALC888 HD. How do Install the network drivers? Use Kext Helper b7 if it is a kext that needs installing.......there is an installer packager for eno's nForceLAN.kext.....
