iMpathetic
Hey everyone. I've lurked here for quite a while, because all the guides on here are sooo GREAT! I never needed to post. However, I am running into trouble with the system I got specifically to be a Hac Pro. I don't mind Vista but Leopard is way better, and, now that my iBook died, I don't have any Mac that's from after about 1995. Anyway, when I install iAtkos 5i, I can install to my IDE HDD and boot to the lil' spinning Apple logo, but it just spinds and spins and spins. I installed all sorts of customization options, but I seem to have heard it's best to try an install with no options. Here are my specs: -- Gigabyte X48T-DQ6 mobo -- Q6600 @ 3.6GHz 1.34V (although I run it stock to install ) -- 200GB IDE HDD (I have two Raptors but SATA doesn't work on my board) -- 2GB DDR3 1333MHz (dual channel) -- SATA DVDRW Thanks a ton for any help. I REALLLLLY want to get into the Hackintosh scene.
