Beerkex'd Posted March 28, 2009 Share Posted March 28, 2009 My system boots and runs fine with vanilla AppleSMBios, but it doesn't show anything on the hardware tab in system profiler, my CPU is shown as 3.8GHz instead of 3.4 and the system is recognized as P5Q-E. CPU and RAM FSB and RAM amount are correct though. I use a modified version of Chun Nan's AppleSMBIOSEFI as recommended by the Voodoo Kernel dev team.
