alamac Posted March 28, 2009 Share Posted March 28, 2009 Hi all, this is the system that I put together : Gigabyte G31M-ES2L MB Intel e8400 3.0Ghz processor 4 Mb Kingston Hyper X PC8500/1066 RAM XFX nvidia Geforce 9800GT graphics card Asus 550W power supply Buffalo WL12-PCI-G54S wireless card Asus Mini Bluetooth v2.0 + EDR USB blue tooth using very helpful instruction from here : (thank you so much for your generosity) http://www.an43.com/osx/ and while I'm really pleased that for the most part of got a fully functioning mac that is blazing fast, blue tooth and wireless LAN works OOB, I am unable to resolve the following issues: 1. AppleScript Error The device 'ethernet' was not found on this system! (~2700) 2.Time machine could not be configured. O.G Posted March 28, 2009 Share Posted March 28, 2009 You have to add an ethernet device to your com.apple.boot.plist Download efistudio if you dont have it already (sorry cant find a link) Open it up, change device to ethernet, click add device, and then click write to com.apple.boot.plist.
