Need some help getting OSX to boot (works in VMWare, not native)

So here is the problem.

I installed 10.4.6 Jas_IntelAMD disk and did the necessary patches.

 

After a few tries i got the bootloader to work, though i get the darwin bootloader first then windows ?!?.

 

When i try to boot native i get a kernel panic after less than 1 min.

 

So i then tried to boot it in VMWare and here it runs (slowly).

 

I assume that it is my hardware that is causing the problems, most likely the motherboard.

Here is my configuration

AMD X2 3800+

MSI K8N Diamond (MSI-7100)

2048mb ram

Plextor dvdr

Geforce 6800XT
