How did you get the Dell 1390 card to work? When I plugged it in, I couldn't get it to load. It would tell me to go into the BIOS to change the settings. When I went into the BIOS, there were no settings to change, just enable or disable wireless card. Any help?

I have a eee 900, the 16GB XP edition. I put a Dell 1390 card in and it's working fine. I'm using iDeneb 1.3 OSX 10.5.5. I just did this HDA fix from this site:

sound works now.

My only issue left is the camera, as I also have ethernet running.

Yes, I too would like to know more about ideneb 1.6. Saying 'it works' is too non-descriptive. Thank you.

Could you comment on what's working oob with ideneb 1.6?, and what your installation options were?

Form what I've read so far I infer that:

1) the EEEPC900 16GB SSD vs. is compatible with the Dell 1390 Wifi card and has the Genesys USB webcam, which has no drivers available.

2) the EEEPC900 16G+4GB SSD isn't compatible with the Dell 1390 but has the Chicony camera which works OOB.

Is that consistent with what everyone has posted?

p.s.: tried iDeneb 1.6 made no difference to me...
