macwood
I've got MyZar running on a Compaq P4 2.8 with a GB of memory. I had the following issues which I was able to work around and successfully boot and install OSX86. 1.) I had the problem where the install fails with "Please retry setup". I was able to get around it by using another DVD-R instead of +R.(I burned both just in case) The +R failed on two seperate DVD-ROM drives. 2.) I had the "Still waiting for boot device error". The drive was jumpered as cable select and was sitting as primary slave. I jumpered master and was able to boot fine.
