Kernel Panic while screensaver

Hi 2 all,

 

I have a Problem with my Hackintosh... sometimes if I leaved PC come back in 3-4 hours I saw a Kernel Panic (Pic include) I try some Kernels 9.6 voodoo or 9.5 or vanilla etc.

Maybe some kext aren't right in my system but which ones?
