imloggedin
Hey the install was successful of iDeneb 1.4 (15.5.6) and after hours of playing with it i got it to boot. I had to do the ACPI editing and install a nabit or whatever api driver and it boots when i use: cpus=1 now. My hardware configuration is as follows... MSI P45 Neo-2 FR Intel Quad Q8300 WD SATA Hard Drives (Booting from USB drive at the moment) Belkin F5D7050 wifi adapter (new) So the problem i have is my resolution only goes to 1024x768 right now, id like it to be 1440x900.. and also is it possible to use dual monitors? Also i wanna boot without cpus=1 but i cant find a bios mod and cant find any good directions for the dsdt patch. Also, id like to use my wireless card but cant find the driver. Please direct me Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/159252-got-installed-but-still-have-a-few-problems/ Share on other sites

When you see the countdown press enter, then use -x "Graphics Mode"="144x900x32" or similar... Read the thread I linked to. As I said above TEST it first, then you can add to the boot plist. imloggedin
Cool. Hopefully that will work for the resolution. What about the cpus and the wifi thing? Also do any video cards support dual monitors and work well natively?
