The Zen Within
I joined Insanely Mac as I have possibly the same problem as you and cannot find a solution anywhere else on the web. The little no entry sign that appears on your boot screen is telling you that your computer did not meet the parameters neccessary to install OSX86. The reason for mine not starting is due to the disc not recognizing my mouse and keyboard. To find out where yours is going wrong enter "-v" after the disc has booted and you are presented with a black screen with writing. IT will say somewhere on that screen to do what I am telling you to do. It will then proceed to loading the disc but will show exactly what it is doing this time. When there is an error or whatever write it down and post it back here Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/158333-help-when-i-boot-the-cd-up/#findComment-1226795 Share on other sites
