Crabhunter
Hi everyone,I am nearly there with my retail install of 10.5.6. When I was booting from the boot 123 cd I had to use the option platform=ACPI to enable keyboard and mouse. Now I have installed the chameleon boot loader I don't have a screen to enter this anymore and so I don't have keyboard or mouse. Is there a way of putting the option permanantly into the bootloader? Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/158131-boot-option/ Share on other sites
Beerkex'd
Tap F8 after your PC finishes POST and before OSX boots to get to the boot prompt. You can insert kernel flags in com.apple.boot.plist. They must all be inside the same string. Use EFI Studio or OSX86Tools to edit it (google).
