Error installing Leopard on VMWare! please help

Hi

 

I am using VMWare Workstation ACE Edition

 

Version: 6.0.3 build-80004

 

When i try to install Leopard 10.5.2 on VMWare

 

i got stopped by this message

 

The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. You will need to power off or reset the virtual machine at this point

then get

Kernel version:

 

Darwin Kernel Version 9.0.0: Tue Oct 9 21:35:55 PDT 2007; root:xnu-122~1/RELEASE_I386

can some one help me fix this?!!!

 

i googled and found that i have to add paevm="true" to my .vmx file which i did, but still same problem
