I was reading the stickies on this and other related forums, searching for a good laptop configuration. After all, I spent some time online, found the 2800$ configuration for the REAL macbook pro...

Made this HP as close as I could.

Intel® Core2 Duo Processor T9550 (2.66 GHz)

4GB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm) - For 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics

512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT - For DDR2 Memory

My questions are - in no particular order -

These seem to be the exact same specs as the real macbook, right? So all these modules should work just fine?

The stickie above says that the only "real" working graphics card (I searched for the 9600m and didn't turn up any results) is the radeon?

DDR2 shouldn't be a problem, right? I would hope that the system wouldn't be picky enough to want DDR3...

Networking cards, is there one that is mac compatible that has bluetooth on it? The one I have selected with that stuff does...

Thanks all.
