UEFI in Motherboards Today

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but I tried searching and didn't see anything yet.

I heard at work that our new IBM servers (x3450) are starting to or going to start coming with UEFI. This lead me thinking that other consumer grade motherboards might be embedding EFI now. Upon doing a little research, I found this MSI ClickBIOS link.

So, I'm wondering if anyone has played with these motherboards and possibly tried running OSX on them? How well would this work assuming the other components were supported?

I imagine a boot off the DVD and then formatting the HD with GUID partitions, install, and it may just think it's retail.

What do you guys think?
