DaMonkey
Hi, First off all, thanks for making this all possible. Now, I'm having some issues with the installing. I started with IDeneb 1.4, selected VooDoo kernel, and it boots. Also my screen is perfect (nvidia). The first time I installed, I forgot the sound patch. Everything was working fine (wifi, wired network, ...), except sound. Since I'm a beginner, I reinstalled with exactly the same settings, plus the sound patch (ACL883). Now the sound is working fine, but it does not detect my wireless (broadcom 4318) anymore. I did some research, and I found out in AppleAirportBrcm4311 the correct string is in there (worked without the sound patch), and tried to load it with kextload. This says the extention is loaded... I also tried the other audio hacks on the IDeneb install (all for the same 883), but then sometimes sound and wireless don't work, sometimes only sound, sometimes only wireless, but they never work at the same time. Can anybody help me out with this? At this time I can work with the cable, but would be nice to have it all working ^^ Thx Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/157931-bcm4318-wireless-acl883-sound-issue/ Share on other sites
