Synaesthesia
Yeah. 1. Install MacFuse. 2. Install NTFS-3G for Macfuse. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/157503-enabling-write-on-windows-harddrives/#findComment-1106500 Share on other sites

Is there a quicker & easyer way of doing this because the harddrives are on my screen just I can't Write in them, I can already read them and NTFS-3G confuses me Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/157503-enabling-write-on-windows-harddrives/#findComment-1106875 Share on other sites
thorazine74
Its not a matter of permissions, apple's ntfs driver you have installed only supports reading, not writing, so you need to install another ntfs driver for writing. Paragon NTFS for Mac is an alternative, but its payware and closed source. relay
Resize your NTFS drive and create a raw partition in Windows on the disk space you had reclaimed. Then boot into OSX and use disk utility to create a fat partition. You can now access the partition from Windows or Mac. Enjoy.
