RAID gets degraded at reboot

Hello everyone,

 

I have the following RAID setup:

 

Problem with it is that when rebooting it always gets degraded and start rebuilding once started up.

Could someone make suggestions to diagnose why this is happening ?

 

Someone at IRC suggested to unmount the partition before rebooting, but, please realize that this is root partition. :-S
