krl.project
hi guys. I have a problem with booting kalyway Leopard 10.5.2 . The same problem is with iATKOS 5i. krl.project
I've tried with -v, -x, -f, cpus=1. And also tried this method posted on forum: "Enable ACPI 2.0 and set Suspend Mode to S3. SATA must be set to AHCI. (right screenshot, configure SATA as) Under APM configuration, turn off everything." Didn't work out for me... I've heard that modded bios can help, but I don't know how to do this. I'll appreciate any help. I don't really care about sound and the ethernet at this time. For now I just want to get this OS working. bugalugz
Did you try booting in single user mode? Boot flag -s When the system has completed it's inital sequence, type exit to boot system. Might not work but worth a try? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/157247-leopard-105x-booting-problem/#findComment-1105083 Share on other sites

Boot flag -s When the system has completed it's inital sequence, type exit to boot system. Might not work but worth a try? Exactly the same screen. Can't even get to this sequence - either from HDD or DVD [i mean I can't run prompt]. I've heard that modded bios can help, but I don't know how to do this. bugalugz
Have you tried an alternative to iatkos? I know some users have reported different results depending on installer disk / kexts used. This thread shows instuctions for a similar chipset but using Leo4all http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...hl=Foxconn+P35A Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/157247-leopard-105x-booting-problem/#findComment-1105509 Share on other sites
