iorde Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 I've tried reinstalling several times and with different boot flags ( combinations of -x,-f,-s cpus=1) all but one(it installed, but it kernel panicked) ended with the install going for an hour and a half and freezing with 5-3 minutes left until installation finishes. I also tried iPC but it had the "still waiting for root device" error. System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard System Model: HP dx5150 SFF BIOS: )Phoenix - Award WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG Processor: AMD Sempron Processor 3000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.8GHz Memory: 446MB RAM Card name: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc. Chip type: ATI Radeon Xpress Series (0x5954) DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz) Display Memory: 64.0 MB I'm not sure what the motherboard is but it may be a MSI MS-7050 motherboard.
