Mobo for 2U Rackmount w/On-Board Video/Audio/NIC?

After reading 22 pages of the Gigabyte GA-E7AUM-DS2H thread to find that most people are still have problems, I hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I looking for the following:

 

A mobo with:

* on-board video/audio/nic supported by vanilla kernel and a retail 10.5.5/10.5.6 install

* video on par with the current MBP/iMac

* supports Core2Quad

* supports >=8GB RAM

* fits well in a 2U rackmount case (or rather, doesn't have something weird placements that might affect it sitting in a 2U case)

 

I had hopes that the GA-E7AUM-DS2H would be a little more compatible.
