Howdy,

 

done the install fine, 10.4.6 JaS. Customized install, so installed the AMD stuff, SSE2 / SSE3, ATI chipset stuff (ATI ATA, for ati chipsets). Install went fine, after it's done, rebooted machine first time, boots fine. If I then switch off, reboot, or do anything, I get the "Still waiting for root device" message.

Any ideas?

This is on an AMD Turion, with ati 200m gfx card, and therefor ati chipset.

To sum up: i can install, 1st boot goes fine, can't boot up again.

edit: i should say, using "-f" option, i can boot fine.
