Help, amd phenom running to slow

Maybe this post is better suited in the post-install forum, let me know if I should move it?

 

Cpu-x reports cpu running at 800 mhz. Though I can not detect any difference in speed compared to previous working installation (lawless ppc).

Previous install(lawless) reported 2,5 unknown, after iPc install reports 800 mhz unknown..

 

Anyone got any idea what this could be?
