I have a HP Compaq nc6000 Business notebook, I had 10.4.1 on it working fine, but i wanted to start fresh with the latest version. So I deleted the partion and... Created a new primary parition (10gb) downloaded MaC.OsX.10.4.5.Universal.Install.DVD(INTEL:AMD:SSE3:SSE2).iso burnt it to a DVD inserted dvd and rebooted computer Installed OS X fine (tried both 10.4.4 and 10.4.5) rebooted after install, restart into OS X fine (except mouse, but USB worked) setup settings - account, date and time, location, etc. Repaired permissions on drive/partition and some kext files Rebooted and It doesnt work! Errors I see: MBR 1 error HFS+ partiton error Things I have tried: (none work) Setting partition to active rd=disk0s3 what should I do next?
