Leandro BH Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hi friends, my system specs are: - COMPAL JFT00 - Pentium Dual Core T2390 GM965 + ICH8 X3100 Graphics ALC268 Sound Intel 3945ABG Wireless Eth Marvel Yukon 88E8055 Upek Fingerprint Built in Webcam DVD-RW 4-cell batery My problem is: whe I install iDeneb latest version, the CPU temp keeps about 43º. But video has no CI/QE, webcam doesn't work, wireless either (stiil trying iwi), eth0 w/ moded driver (explantation of how to from forum), fingerprint don't work too... When I install iAtkos latest, it works better, BUT, the processor temp goes higher until the laptop shuts itself down for safety. So, I'm assuming that there is some kind of acpi control working on iDeneb, but not on iAtkos. So, how can I fix this?
