ossified turnip Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 I installed the xxx ox86 install disc universal final after patching it with the ppf3. I kept on getting hung on on the apple screen and decided to try to do a customized installation. Besides the pre-selected items I selected the following: - dmos - IntelCPUMDisabler - SMBIOS Enabler - ICHx Chipset Support - JMicron ATA - Hardcoded SMBIOS - TOh 10.5 Kexts Tools (all of them). Now I no longer get froze up on the apple screen but instead i get caught in this constant reboot cycle. Was it something with the installation or could it be my bios that i have yet to change or both?
