Dual Boot - Download Speed Problems

Hello

 

I have a Leopard/Vista dual boot set up working pretty much perfectly, the only issue I have is a complete mystery: Using this: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ my Leopard download speed is always around 5000kbps, but on Vista, it nearly doubles at around 9500kbps.

 

I'm using a Netgear WPN311, which has always worked fine, and shows as an Airport card.

 

Any ideas?
