Problem after retail 10.5.5 update

Hi all:

 

I have successful installed the Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.4 9E25 Retail.dmg, but after applied the update and try to reboot the computer freeze at silver apple logo

 

I tried to boot using -x -F and later sudo vsdbutil -a /Volumes/Mypartitionname with any result.

 

can anyone helpme

 

My system

- Asus P5Q PRO 1613 modus bios

- Asus Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT 1Gb

- 8 Gb DDR 800

- SATA 500 Gb

- 8139 based ethernet card
