IATKOS v1.0 issues on Laptop

I'm running a DELL PP18L (D630)

Centrino M Core 2 Duo T7300

2GB DDR2 RAM

80 GB seagaate HDD [ momentus 7200.2 ]

Nvidia Graphics controller

 

I get IATKOS DVD to fire up I then partition the space i want to use as MBR and HFS+

After that I load all the customization options (all except VGA drivers the only VGA driver i Selected was the Nvidia group)

After that I start Install, It verifies my DVD - works

Then it starts Install, the install gets to about 5% of the whole bar - the bar is up to the letter "s" in installing - and the bar's graphics stop it sits for about 5 to 10 mins and restarts then I get the message - no boot sector on drive. I've restarted, tried to reinstall. What should I do next?
