My Ethernt (Intel 82652V)didnt work, so i tried a tutorial from here. someone said, editing the IOFamiliy...(dont know the name now cause osx dont start)and adding a line to info.plist would help. then i shell delete appleintel8254Xethernet.kext After that i should "clear cache, repair permssion, yada, yada" i repaired permission. but i didnt find cache or something like this. lord_webi Posted February 27, 2009 Share Posted February 27, 2009 try pressing f8 at bootprompt and use option : -f -v if the error will still appear, you can install the whole thing new or replace by starting from installDVD and Terminal the kexts you edited/deleted ...
