Digi 003 and the C24 compatibility

I know there may be fewer people out there with this knowledge, but i've seen a few audio engineers so far so ill give these questions a shot.

 

I'm lookin into that Gigabyte UD3P MoBo which im sure I made a good choice there but my questions relate to people experience with audio interfaces and controllers.

 

First, Is there anyone out there who got a Digi 003 working fine with a hackintosh for both Pro Tools and Logic 8?

 

Second is a question I'm starting to doubt anyone will answer because people who have the budget for one of these probably went and bought there own real mac lol.

 

Has anyone gotten a C24 pro tools control board to work on a hackintosh? I'm pretty sure they both work flawlessy, I'm more of looking for the issues if any of you have had any with these two products.

 

 

There is a older version of the C24 that I've considered getting because of its lower price and I just wanted to be warned in case. I'm also looking into different control boards only because Pro Tools control boards don't work in Logic. And if anyone had firmware to make the C24 or the Conrol 24 work with Logic that would be f'n sweet because I've used many other boards to sync up with Pro Tools and have had many errors. Used a Control 24 and a C24 and they work flawlessy with Pro Tools, I'd hope so for 10 G's. I can get a Control 24 for 3 G's so its worth it for a huge f'n mouse to make my studio look more complete since I can't afford the 100 G mixing board.

I've got my Digi 003 intermittently on my new i7 Hackintosh.

 

Runs perfect with Protools 8, but i'm having issues getting it to work with Logic 9. It may be current drivers or firmware that I am running.

 

Have you any further success on this?
