Mac on HP 2140

Hi all,

 

I installed the OS X 10.5.6 on the new HP 2140 laptop. Most of the things work fine, however, I have a few problems with the following issues that I can't find any resolution on:

 

1. Keyboard and Mouse don't work at all - I have to use external USB keyb and mouse instead. Not a huge issue, but if anyone could help, that'd be great. I tried all the various suggestions around the Synaptics touchpad / trackpad, but no luck.

 

2. CPU Fan doesn't work at all - this is a bigger problem as the laptop heats up pretty quickly. It's running the new Intel Atom architecture, so I can't find much information on it. If anyone has any pointers, that'd be great.

 

3. Audio doesn't work particularly well - I used a fix from one of the other posts in the forum, so it's sort of working now, but not very well. Strange thing is that it works in the OS (ie. various sound effects etc), works in Safari for Flash, but QuickTime doesn't play any sound. Also microphone doesn't work.
