omegatheknight Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Ok, you guys prolly really don't like noob questions, which is why I've been browsing the forums for two days now trying to figure things out for myself. I just can't do it, I'm sorry but this noob needs your help! I want to develop software for the iphone, but to do that I decided to get a mac operating system. So a few days ago I purchased Leopard 10.5.4 from Best Buy and came here to figure out how to install it on my second hard drive. My first hard drive has XP installed. I downloaded Boot-132 and learned it won't work all by itself the hard way, now I just can't figure out where to go from here. I don't even understand what Kernels, vanilla, and kexts are.... and I think I'm supposed to add them to the iso that I burn along with boot-132...??? I really don't know where to go from here, looking through forum post after forum post has me totally baffled... My mobo is a GA-P31-S3G video card is eGeForce 8600 GTS processor is intel core 2 duo Please help!
