All ATIxx drivers have been deleted to avoid conflict No sound, No device found in output &input in preference pane. Such a situation seems happening among quite a lot of users, and they share a common point. Althoguth their audio controller are not named with Intel, say "SoundMAX, Realtek, Conexant, ect" , they have a Product ID same to Intel ICH channel, eg. 266e8086, 24458086, etc. Moreover, these ID has been supported by original AppleAC97Audio.kext. Why does this happen?
