Installed: Everything working but Blank Screen!

I hear the intro video that plays on Leopard after its installed (after initial reboot), but the screen is blank (color=black).

 

I'm using a Sony Vaio Pentium M with nVidia GeForce Go 6400. Using iDeneb 10.5.6 and chose the nForce Go video driver.

Try searching more for this problem or any. There are plenty of indications how to solve.

 

Boot with -s option

 

mount -uw /

mkdir /backupvideo

cd /system/library/extensions

mv GeForce* /backupvideo

mv NVInject* /backupvideo

mv NVDA* /backupvideo

 

Reboot.

 

Should have a VGA screen. Now look for the appropriate driver options using google like this "GeForce 6400 site:insanelymac.com"

For NVdarwin, I only see NVDarwin 128mb, NVDarwin 256, etc... There aren't any version numbers.

 

I'm about to try the -s thing.
