I got everything fully working and I love it! But I have a slow boot!

My specs are below in my signature, and I am using iPC 10.5.6 ppf5 with the Voodoo 9.5.0 kernel.

It takes about one minute to 2 minutes and my Xbench scores are 120... pretty good. My HDD scores a bit lower than normal, but not to much of a difference compared to a 24" imac.

Any fixes?

Does anyone know how to make it even a bit faster? Maybe some utility or something?

You got any USB or Firewire devices such as hard disk, iPod etc etc?

I had an issue last week where my machine took about 3 mins to show a login screen, turned out to be a faulty ipod that was slowing things down!

Boot with "-v" and see where it hangs.

Check the console app for additional time related entries.
