petem
I am having a hard time installing Leopard on a Dell Studio Hybrid 140G and have not read on any successful installation. I have tried with iAtkos, XxX and I have a Retail copy of Leopard as well. I am unable to reboot. Here are the system's specs: Intel Core 2 Duo 2 Ghz Memory: 4 Gb Bus Speed: 667 Mhz Graphics: Intel GM965 Express Chipset (X3100) SATA: Intel ICH8-M AHCI (AHCI Vers. 1.10 Supported) HD: WD 298.09 GB Network Card: Realtek RTL81XX PCI-I Sound Card: ALC888 HD Audio Depending on the install, I get the gray Apple logo after boot (in verbose mode, it freezes after Successful Apple Hardware Recognition - or something like that); or the blinking line; or the Chain0 Error message. I have try with EasyBDC dual boot as well as setting the Mac partition as the active one and letting XxX install a bootloader. I should be able to tell what result came with what install, but I can't remember at this point. Maybe there is something I just don't get about the bootloaders... Your help would be greatly appreciated and will likely be very helpful for this specific Dell computer! Thanks!
