Kernel Panic on VMWare, ACPI related?

Using last VMWare Workstation 6.5 & iATKOS 5i.

 

Installation is OK but can't boot after first reset. VMWare throws: 

 

"The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. You will need to power off or reset the virtual machine at this point"

 

Then I get a grey screen in 4 languages telling me to restart the computer.

 

I attach that screen and the log screen showing the kernel panic problems.

 

 

 

Settings on install:

 

9.5.0 fassl kernel (voodoo didn't work).

 

Tried all ACPI options on install. None worked.

 

Other options were by default.

 

 

 

My CPU is Core 2 Duo E8400 having SSE2 & SSE3.

 

Need help, I need to use iPhone SDK but I haven't a Mac.
