Wireless card that works with Dell Inspiron E1505

My Jas installation is working great except for the wireless. I know that I need to get a Dell 1390 Wireless card to replace my pro wireless card so I can use my wireless. Exactly how hard is it to replace the cards? I really would like to have the wireless for school. I'm just amazed at how everything else works so well.. my computer is actually more efficient and runs much cooler. My next laptop will deffinetly be a mac.

 

If anyone has had experience changing these cards out will you please offer some advice? I got the wireless from the Wiki so I do know what card to use, good thing they cost 11 bucks or so.
