Kalyway 10.5.2, EP45-DS3L, Ati HD3850 -> kernel panic

Hi.

I just got a Gigabyte EP45-DS3L mobo and Ati Sapphire HD3850 graphic card.

I want to install leopard with this retail guide:

but when I try to boot kalyway 10.5.2 I get the grey screen "you need to restart..".

I've tried many different ways to install kalyway, with and without graphic driver, AHCI is enabled, HEPT = 64 or 32, but I still get the grey screen. When I boot the graphic card has only 16MB ram, but it is a 256MB. So I think the problem may be the graphic card.

Any suggestions?
